Installed without problems in 1.0.1, will test thomson 2020/2030 in spare time.

First bug entering values in the phonebook: you need to escape special chars because some strings corrupt sql statements, i.e. try to enter a value like [D'Angelo]...

Hi everybody

great package

i´ve tested with two grandstream´s 1x gxp 1200 and 1x gxp 2010
now after a lot of testing i found out that the phone´s only sync the xml file when the file is in the root directory of the server  >:( http and tftp
in the webinterface from the phone you only need  to put in the right ip adress of the server where xml file are stored

hope any grandtream user will help this

regards madmax

have a question:

if you point then field Phonebook XML Path into the advanced configuration to
youraskoziaip/phonebook/grandstream
don't work?

yes i did
i tested with    youraskoziaip/phonebook/grandstream       and    youraskoziaip/phonebook/grandstream/gs_phonebook.xml    always the same no error message only nothing

on the syslog from the gxp´s there is nothing about the sync from the phone book

then i installd an apache webserver to test what the gxp wont have
on that server i found out which paht´s the gxp would accept
the same reason is for an tftp server

only    youraskoziaip    in the field and idle screen and phone will work

the xml (idle screen and phone book) file must be stored in root directory from the server
like htdocs/gs_.....

for firm update´s its the same tftp/boot55.... and so on

thx for replay

Altough my Cisco7960 (SIP) can't register to the PBX (don't know why) , it's config file is being downloaded ok and the Directory option is being populated ok.

But, I can't see the online directory. It seems like the phone doesn't like the .php extension or the URL.

BRegards.-

**** EDIT: ****
Now my phone registers to the PBX. It was the NAT config.

Ok. I've reverted back my askozia PBX to plain http (it was in https) and now my 7960G accepts the directory sentence.

BUT, when i try to access the directory, the phone displays:

BTXML Error

404 Ok

:(

Mmmh, I've see the SIP registering problem on NAT.

May be some changes in my code, but

may also that the : directory_url parameter is not set 'cos this is a provisioning package task (not already. finished)

Could you set this parameter by hand?

This should contain:

directory_url: http://askoziaip/phonebook/cisco/directory.xml

Thanks for help

only    youraskoziaip    in the field and idle screen and phone will work
the xml (idle screen and phone book) file must be stored in root directory from the server
like htdocs/gs_.....

Oh I see, on Gxp 2020 there's two fields, one for the ip and one for the path.

All files shoud be copied into one common directory...Ok I'll do on the 0.5 release.

Thanks for help

Tested on Aastra 55i and 51i and both are working great!
This is a very nifty feature for the askozia pbx.

Should get integrated in the standard installation.
Askozia 1.0.3 + Alix 3C + Grandstream sip phones + B200M openVox ISDN
