Passing called ID to dialed number

Hi, We receive a call, if we dont answer our system rings a external number. How can I pass the caller ID to the external number instead of it showing our TRUNK number

Hi,

are you using SIP? This depends on CLIP No Screening Settings that you have to set at the provider side. If you're don't have CLIP No Screening activated ask your provider to do so. Please check your configuration in the advanced option  - miscellaneous if you have checked "allow external forwarding".
If you are using a SIP Trunk it also depends how the Number is forwarded to your SIP Provider. Ask which header you have to set (PPI,RPI,PAI) to set the original number.
