To stupid to install - need help
« on: May 09, 2017, 04:12:01 PM »
Hi there, my name is Anna and I´m working for a long time with ISDN. But the new Askozia 19" Telephony Server VoIP + 2 BRI + 2 FXS including the Call Flow Editor makes me feel stupid.

OK - here are my questions:
Located: Germany
Provider: Telekom
Connected via ISDN: Green light on the Askozia Browser (PBX.local)

I was working with Fritz box before. So how do I configure the Askozia ISDN Port. I mean - where do I enter my numbers I have?

Regards - and thanks for your help - Anna

Hi Anna,
first at all, please check if you have set the ports correctly (to Provider). Add a ISDN group which contains your ISDN ports.
If you have setted the Port correctly you have to add a ISDN Provider in Accounts -> Provider and select your Port-Group.
Depending on your Providersettings the incoming pattern could be different. I don't know if this would work with SIP but you may try to call one of your number, after a cancelled call you may consult you log how the incoming pattern would look like.
If you need some support for Askozia consulting, fell free to contact me.
We're Askozia Partner in Germany (north bavaria).
