it should be possible also to track ( and report in the Call detail records report (pdf and csv):

- internal numbers from e.g. IVR
- Extern numbers defined under Accounts

(in my IVR I forward the call sometimes to an external number. (this is a call center and it cost me money)  I want to know who and how many times a forward is been done to that external number (call center)
Now this is not tracked by default.
