Hier leider keine Änderung.

Nummern scheinen als Text (Nummer in Anführungszeichen) übertragen zu werden und werden daher nicht mit dem internen Adressbuch des Telefons (Gigaset SL400 an N510 IP Pro) abgeglichen.

It does. However, starting from 5.0 AskoziaPBX will require at least 512MB of RAM.

We have been struggling for years to keep it still running on these small systems
but now we will be reaching the point where it is just not feasible anymore.

Lets keep on 4.0 version for awhile, shall we?   4.0 was not released that long ago and unfortunately has been riddled with bugs. Not to mention it seems that every new series release; there is a higher price point without true justification

Again as I've mentioned for over a year.  Lets charge for additional modules (See to elastix modules), or charge for enterprise modules/features as 'expansion'.

Furthermore.   I suggest FORKING the release to support embedded systems or a "cut down version" similar to what use to do with Trial Licenses...

1 - release for EMBEDED systems - with LESS features

2 - release for x86 systems & servers built for SMB - Enterprise setup with full features.  Be a different build number on install disk image,  which will have more modules/apps loaded at time of install.  *COUGH add call group paging/intercom*

I know Askozia is looking for more Revenue generating options, and the ability to add more enterprise modules at a small fee will add up over time.

Release 4.1.5 is good so far!  We've had bad releases since 4.1, but current 4.1.5 is good

Please keep up the good work.

Hi Askozia team,

4.1.5 with Gigaset N510 IP Pro and S510 H Pro + E49H on vmware ESXI Server
- vmtools works again, fixed
- Phonebook works again, fixed
- Caller ID detection does not work! (up to 4.0.3 it was OK), see; http://forums.askozia.com/index.php/topic,3354.0.html
Please advice how to make the correct setting for Gigaset N510 IP Pro or fix PAI-Header.

Another problem we still have is:
- sip_autodestruct message repeating several times after a call, it takes too long until the line gets free again (up to 4.0.3 it was OK)

regards, Alex

4.0.3 is still the best release on 4.0 in my opinion (most stable/solid).

Come on Askozia team! Keep up good work and with feature/bug fixes.

Looking forward to see whats fixed in 4.1.6

For next release, Can Askozia kindly put back the Auto-provisioning tips?  Like in earlier version in 4.03.

Under Auto-Provision; there were hints on what address URL to use to provision.  Hints for the Linksys/Sipura/Polycom, etc.

Thanks!

Please hit the ALT key. Does this help?
EDIT: ok, hints are gone.
Got you.

This issue should be solved with the update but it changed nothing.

Since the Update from 4.0.X to 4.1.3 and also later with 4.1.4 we've got Problems with the incoming numbers. Before everything was fine and now none of our phones (Gigaset SL400 on N510 IP Pro) shows the Caller name when it's in the adressbook because the number which is shown in the display is always in quotes (before it wasn't). It seems that the number is send to the phone as text and so the phone just displays it and don't look it up in its own phonebook.

Same here. Names from the Askozia phone book still not displayed on Yealink phones.

Regards

I understand that this is annoying.
We are working on a more tolerant phone book look up for incoming calls.

Thanks for your patience!  :)

Our system: 4.1.5 with Gigaset N510 IP Pro and S510 H Pro + E49H on vmware ESXI Server
I did not mention that we use a beronet gateway for telekom ISDN and and 4 analog lines. But we do not use autoprovisioning feature of askozia. Manual config, due to problems with autoprovisioning.

So yesterday I upgraded the beronet firmware to 3.0.08. The Caller ID detection from the phonebook works again for me!
beronet writes something like:
- fixed issue in automatic number reformatting on isdn2sip calls
- fixed wrong setting of presentation and screen in ISDN Connected Party Number when numbering plan was set different from default
