Blacklist via Call Flow Editor
« on: February 07, 2016, 05:55:27 PM »
Hi at all,

i would like to realize, that certain callers (recognized by their CallerId) will be redirected to a mailbox - within the Call Flow (not by greylisting function).

Background is, that between certain times my callers are redirected to a callcenter. Every call, that ist answered by this call center is very expensive. This is why I want certain callers to be redirected to the mailbox instead of the call center.

best regards
proflan

Very interesting but unfortunately the resolution of the Video is too low (480p) in order to see the content of the URL Module or the PHP Script mentioned in this tutorial

Is there something like a blog entry related or example files available?

Thanks

No problem just write Markus as shown at the end of the Webinar.
I bet he has example files.

Thank you very much. It helped me very well.

Here is the way I did it, perhaps it helps anyone:

The Action URL calls this little dirty PHP script:
http://192.168.62.3/telefonanlage/blacklist.php?rufnummer=${CALLERID(num)}

The file blacklist.php contains following:

Code: [Select]
<?php
$rufnummer
=$_GET["rufnummer"];
$datum date("d.m.y h:i:s");
$information $pass.$datum." | " .$rufnummer."\n";
$datei_handle=fopen("log.txt",a);
fwrite($datei_handle,$information);
fclose($datei_handle);
if (
$rufnummer == "00491234567890") {
echo
"mailbox";
}
?>

The result can be accessed via: CURLRESULT
