Call Flow Editor - Custom application?

Looking for some assistance, maybe Sebastian can chime in?

like to create a custom Call Flow to where an employee can call back into the office (primary telephone number) and it will recognize caller ID or dial FROM name based upon originating number.  With that match, it will take the caller to a call flow.  Idealy - like it to match originating number (defined) and then be able to call BACK previous number that called into the PBX.
