Voicemail problem

Hi all, I have a problem with voicemail and maybe some of you can help me figure out where I'm wrong. The problem is that the calls go to voicemail, but while recording the message, the call drops, before the person can press "#" or naturally hang. There seems to be a time-out ... I can not figure out if this is so, and if I can in any section increase this time.

Can someone please help me?

Are these very long voicemail messages and then the voicemail cuts off?  I believe its a voicemail time setting.

can be modified within the configuration editor

You find this inside the the voicemail.conf. You can edit this file with the integrator panel.
It is the "maxsilence" setting.
