Voice Mail hang up after 3 seconds?

Hello Askozia Community,

I got a Customer who really Need to use the VM-System (Askozia 3.3.3).
About 2 Weeks ago they mentioned, that the Voicemail Systems hang up after 3 seconds.
The notification will be sent but a caller can't leave a message longer than 3 seconds.

Can I set the maximal recording time anywhere in the configuration?


I searched for the Voicemail.conf, there is an Option with maxsecs=300, I don't like to Change the Voicemail.conf is there any other Options?

Did you restart the Askozia yet? What did you do to solve the problem, yet?

It sounds like the silence recognition steps in too fast. When someone stops talking for a few seconds the call will be ended.

I had a customer with that problem only once in a while, not with every Voice-Memo. I don't know if they still have that problem.

I didn't restart the System yet. I'll try tomorrow.

Just wanted to ask, if there are any other Options to set. So I'll Report when I restart it.
