Hello,

we have a CallFlow with a Queue with 7 phones in it. The phones are added to the Queue. So my Teammate said to them, that they just have to put DND on the phone (Tiptel 3110) when they are out of Office.
When the timeout-time has been reached the caller will be redirected to the voicemailsystem (180 sec).

But yesterday 4 phones had dnd on, so 2 phones should ring when someone calls. Sometimes (about 70% of callers) the caller will be directed to the Voicemail without ringing any phone:
Phone 1 - DND
Phone 2 - DND
Phone 3 - DND
Phone 4
Phone 5 - DND
Phone 6
Phone 7 - DND
Could it be, that the callflow tries the first 3 phones and when no one is answering it will be redirected to the Voicemail directly?
Queue setted with - ring one after another.

Are there any other Settings, except to de-Register from Queue, to make this construction work?
Versions using:
3.4
4.1.x
5.x
Phones using:
Tiptel 31xx, Snom 7xx/3xx, Yealink SIP T4x

Why don't you want to use a speeddial and add the "de-register from Queue"?
In this case, they would still be reachable for internal calls. Which i think is a good thing.

The problem you have could be this:
Someone (extension) has the voicemail still on. The Queue is trying to reach the person. The Person is DND and sends the caller to the voicemail.

I'd like to use a button to deregister, but they used to push the dnd button  :-\
the phones don't have a personal Voicemail activated

You tried with "ring all" instead of "ring one after anther"? Same thing?
