Time conditions module
« on: March 07, 2015, 02:33:30 PM »
Hello ,

in some calls  time condition module sends the call to red label direction instead of  sending to green label

setting is like in attach ,

date time of the  system is correct , by the way , it makes only in some calls , not all inbound calls

am i doing something wrong ?

Hi Esantral,

which Hardware do you have? Is it an embedded System or a standalone Server?
I had a similar effect, not with time-Switch but with conditions.

We used conditions to check, whether our central is in Queue or if a global variable has been setted (to put a notice before the Standard text).
Our old Hardware was an embedded Askozia.

My first call-flow was everything in once. But sometimes it failed, so the path went to the wrong condition.
Therefore I cutted all conditions into different call flows, it seemed to work but sometimes it takes a while when checking some condition.
But cutting the call flow into several call flows (especially condition checks) solved my Problem.

For the Performance, we upgraded the Hardware (Desktop-Server with i3 and SSD - rocks :) - ) and it works with this constellation.
