Askozia's package system defines a special folder, 'data', which allows files to be persistant when package updates are applied. The inetd package's ftp and tftp root folders, dropbear keys, crontab and startup scripts are stored within this folder.

but where do I find the tftp-folder?

The path you're looking for is /storage/inetd.pkg/data/srv/tftp

I'm glad you've found the inetd package useful.

Hi devon,

thanks a lot. I tried to connect, but every client gives me an error.
netstat -an says:
Quote
Active Internet connections (including servers)
Proto Recv-Q Send-Q  Local Address          Foreign Address        (state)
tcp4       0     52  192.168.0.149.22       192.168.0.227.2848     ESTABLISHED
tcp4       0      0  192.168.0.149.22       192.168.0.227.2744     ESTABLISHED
tcp4       0      0  *.5038                 *.*                    LISTEN
tcp4       0      0  *.80                   *.*                    LISTEN
udp4       0      0  *.514                  *.*
udp4       0      0  *.69                   *.*

Did I miss anything? Do I have to edit a list of hosts, which are allowed to connect?

Thanks again,

Thomas

I got it. I tried to upload the files via tftp-client and this was not possible (because of missing -c - flag?)
Does not matter. I upload now via sftp and thats ok for me. But this could possibly an addition for an upcoming version...? :-)

Again - thank you very much for your work and your help.
