If you are using version 1.0.3 based on (freebsd 6.4) this card don't work, no way to get it detected.
Works using the upcoming linux versione but unfortunately isn't ready for production: http://forums.askozia.com/index.php/topic,735.0.html

No stable version exists supporting that nic. Plug another (supported) nic on a pci slot or choose another board, look first at the freebsd 6.4 HCL to avoid failing again (http://www.freebsd.org/releases/6.4R/hardware-i386.html#ETHERNET).

the problem is that it has one pci slot, which is already busy when you upgrade
