Call Group page misreports CallerID descriptions after extension number changes

If you modify the extension numbers associated with phone definitions, the caller ID description field displayed for phones on the dialplan_callgroups.php and dialplan_callgroups_edit.php pages gets screwed-up. The actual extension numbers map to the correct phones, but the callerID description fields may be incorrect. After rebooting the pbx, the caller ID's displayed on the dialplan_callgroups.php page (under "Members" column) appear correctly, however, the dialplan_callgroups_edit.php page still mismatches the callerID's and entension numbers in the "Group Members" drag-n-drop area of the page.

After further testing I am having problems with the call groups created after seeing this problem. I believe that the extension numbers themselves may not even be correct, because I can't dial the call group.
