After running v1.03 on a net5501 w/ a TDM400P (4x FXO) for a week I have noticed a few dropped calls. From what I can tell it seems to happen after the calls have been connected for a relatively long time (15min in the last instance). The last time it happened (this AM) I checked the PBX log at the time I knew the call was dropped and I didn't see anything to indicate there was an error. I'm absolutely sure no one was reconfiguring the PBX at that time since I was the only one in the office and on the phone. I'm just wondering what I should be looking for the next time this happens so I can provide more meaningful info to help resolve the problem?

Related to my previous post, I have noticed that I am CONSISTENTLY disconnected when I call a particular person and the call is routed into their office voicemail system. When I call the same number from a direct analog phone (not using my Askozia PBX), I can hear clicking on the line produced by the remote pbx as it transfers the call to VM. I don't hear the clicking with Askozia; the call just disconnects and I hear a busy signal. The following are the events in my log that were generated during one of these calls:

Jul 21 13:18:49     Extension Changed 101[internal] new state Idle for Notify User 103
Jul 21 13:18:49    Extension Changed 101[internal] new state Idle for Notify User 104
Jul 21 13:18:49    Extension Changed 101[internal] new state Idle for Notify User 102
Jul 21 13:18:49    == Spawn extension (SIP-PHONE-2445451384a6073e08a6f2, xxxxxxxxxx, 2) exited non-zero on 'SIP/101-0878c000'
Jul 21 13:18:49    -- Hungup 'Zap/4-1'
Jul 21 13:18:27    -- Zap/4-1 answered SIP/101-0878c000
Jul 21 13:18:24    -- Called 4/xxxxxxxxxx
Jul 21 13:18:24    -- Executing [xxxxxxxxxx@SIP-PHONE-2445451384a6073e08a6f2:2] Dial("SIP/101-0878c000", "ZAP/4/xxxxxxxxxx||To") in new stack
Jul 21 13:18:24    -- Executing [xxxxxxxxxx@SIP-PHONE-2445451384a6073e08a6f2:1] NoOp("SIP/101-0878c000", "outgoing call to provider: Optimum xxx-xxxx") in new stack
Jul 21 13:18:24    Extension Changed 101[internal] new state InUse for Notify User 103
Jul 21 13:18:24    Extension Changed 101[internal] new state InUse for Notify User 104
Jul 21 13:18:24    Extension Changed 101[internal] new state InUse for Notify User 102

FYI, I've blanked out the called party's number with "xxxxxxxxxx"

May be the click/glitch you hear is detected by the FXO interface like a "far end disconnect" or CPC or a polarity reversal.
Look at the FXO port led on the card, if the light goes out when at the click time you got the cause.

Depending on the country far end disconnection signaling may be available or not (here in Italy we don't have it).
If such a feature is not available in your country nor it's provided from your carrier you can change the FXO setting from the default fxs_ks to fxs_ls; however you can do it a try to check if something change.
