Hi Michael

I've seen this error also before on older releases (ie. pb12)

PBX-Log:
app_dial.c:1196 in dial_exec_full: Unable to create channel of type 'SIP' (cause 3 - No route to destination)

When I remove the DNS server, or enter a Invalid DNS server, I don't get this error. My SIP-Phones on another subnet, and don't have a local DNS entry.

Another thing: CALL-Log

If I make an outgoing call, I have 2 Log entry like:
Feb 11 11:23:35  303  0611234567  SIP/303-08734000 -> CAPI/63/0611234567  Dial( CAPI/63/0611234567/bl||Tf )  10  0  NO ANSWER
Feb 11 11:23:35  303  s  **Unknown**    10  0  NO ANSWER

My Question: Is the second line needed?

Andy

The first log looks as though the extension you attempted to reach was not found. If your dns is configured improperly it won't produce this error as it cannot even resolve the host name.

That second call log entry is probably not needed and should be filtered out by the page. There are already a few messages of this type that are filtered out. I've left them in for now as ISDN support is not as far along as we would like it and they may be helpful for debug purposes.

Hi Michael

I've just got this error, when I call to a call-group. When I call just to another VOIP-Phone, or via ISDN to  my mobile.. I don't got any "No route to destination"-Error.

Do you have any hints, ideas what could be wrong?

No route to destination don't hear like a DNS-Problem. But when I remove the DNS-Server I don't get this error!
