New Topic: Packages

Hi Michael

Why don't create a new Topic for Packages?
with subtopics:

- Packages index  (for each Package one thread, maybe this sections should be moderated!)
- Packages Disscussions (disscussions about existing packages)
- Packages Requests (ideas for developers to create packages)

Maybe you want to change the names... it's just an idea.

Maybe it makes also sense, to have a Folder ready like "third-party packages" where developers can place their packages!

I've left out the subtopics for now. Maybe they'll be needed in the future but for now this will clean up "General" a bit.
