Added my VOIP Cheap account, purchased a voip in number for it, when I dial from PSTN it seems to try and answer then the line goes to a tone. In the PBX log i get the following error

chan_sip.c:13859 in handle_request_invite: Call from '' to extension 'bdmhenderson' rejected because extension not found.

I have it set to go to extension 201 which is a working extension

Any ideas

It seems the user information that the provider is sending is not being matched inside AskoziaPBX. Does VoIP Cheap require you to set an "authentication user" or a "from user"?
