1.0.1 claims on missing Incoming Extension(s) and rejects incoming calls

just have installed 1.0.1 today , after i have added second phone to provide,r Askozia permanently claims on missing Incoming Extension(s) and rejects incoming calls. Aterisk reload & restart 2 timesor more (but not reboot) hepls Askozia to see Incoming Extension again, but after some time (2-3) hours "rejecting" is back to bussness.
Tryed with empty fileds, exatct extension and so on.

Some important information is missing here:
- what kind of provider and phone accounts are you using?
- what incoming and outgoing patterns do you have setup for the provider and phones?
- what do the pbx logs say when the incoming extension fails to match?
My first guess is a SIP phone is not registering in a short enough interval to stay available and the system loses the route to it.

1)I have created SIP Provider account
2)I have created 2 SIP Phone accounts (00011 & 00012)
3) both phones are connected and dial out and each other w/o problem
3) Back to provider configurations and tryed Incoming Extension(s)
a) exatct pattern assigned to both phones - 49309170498
b) empty pattern assigned to both phones
each time i got :
chan_sip.c:14079 in handle_request_invite: Call from '' to extension '49309170498' rejected because extension not found.
but if i go back to provider menu, remove Incoming Extension, then immidiatly add phone 00012 then 00011 (and not 00011 then 00012) with exact or empty patterns (no difference) all will work correctly until i change any other settings or reboot
The other way make askozia recognise Incoming Extension ist make several configuration reloads from Asterisk console - works also until i change any other settings or reboot
