I am now running 13.4 and am getting the following error as well:

Warning: fsockopen(): unable to connect to localhost:5038 in /etc/inc/pbx.inc on line 143

I have also upgraded the the RAM in this box and never have had the RAM usage go above 15%.

I can cause this fsockopen error by calling my number and the phone system answers and says "The person at extension." and then blank, nothing. All the while refreshing the main screen and then up pops the error. Sad

Please help!!!!

Below is the system logs from the last reboot:

Hey Michael,

I have three extensions setup; 100, 101, 102. I have a call group setup, ext 1000, that includes ext 100, 101, and 102. On my sip provider configuration, incoming calls go to ext 1000.

I dont get any audio either when dialing from, for example,  ext 100 to the Echo, MilliWatt, or WakeMe application. The last time everything was working properly for me was I believe pb13.2 release.

I appreciate your time on this, unfortunately the system wont allow me to make inbound or outbound calls. If you PM me, I can also assist/provide access for you if you would like.

Thanks, Patrick

If you could e-mail me or post the following file that would help debug the situation:

1. go to /exec.php
2. download: /usr/local/etc/asterisk/extensions.conf

(make sure to remove any private numbers / addresses in there you don't want made public)

Just took a look. It seems like you have a blank pattern for the Vitelity provider. Make sure the incoming extensions are set correctly for it.

Also, your applications are corrupted. Try deleting and readding them. Not sure how that happened but they must be removed before your dialplan will work again.

Michael,

Thank you for the quick response. I emailed you my vitelity provider configuration for your review.

Thanks, Patrick
