Accounts > Phones > SIP > Advanced Options
If Busy Level set to 1 the phone is still ringing (call waiting) on 2nd call. Caller gets no busy tone.

Hi,
Digium has changed the specification of this feature with the last Asterisk version. We updated it for Askozia 2.1.4.
Then it will work again.
