Hi Everyone.

I'm running the embedded version of 2.1.3DIET (built on Tue Aug 16 10:39:07 CEST 2011) and i believe I have found a bug in the GUI.

I'm new to Askozia so I don't have of knowledge on the subject.

In the following menu location (Accounts>Providers>"My IAX Provider">Call Routing>Incoming Extensions), there seems to be a missing text box.

I have attached a screenshot of the issue.

Is this a known problem?

Thanks.

Hi,

that looks interesting.  Roll Eyes  I just gave it a try but the problem doesn't seem to occur on our system. What hardware are you using? Does it only appear with IAX providers?

I'm running the embedded image on a Soekris 4801.
As far as I can tell, it's the only place where that behavior occurs.

I tried backing up my config, resetting to defaults, and restoring but no change. My next step would be to try a different CompactFlash card.

I also don't see any errors in the logs.

I don't know.
I don't have any SIP providers.

I mean, if you try to create a fictive SIP provider, is the text field missing too? Smiley

Hi Sebastian.
I will create a fictive SIP and IAX provider to test. I will mention however that the missing field behavior did not manifest it's self immediately. I cannot not tel you exactly when the text field became missing.

Apparently the Soekris 4801 boards have issues with flash based CF cards and DMA. Because of this (I think), i couldn't use any of my 4Gig CF cards; so I did a fresh install on a normal IDE HD. I reentered my config from scratch (not a restore from backup) with one difference. I did not leave the "Incoming Extensions" field blank as i did before. I populated it with my DID. Several days and reboots later, the text field is still visible.

Over the next few days, I will test leaving the "Incoming Extensions" field blank on the fictive providers and will report my findings.

Thanks.

Hi,

I accidentally reproduced your bug. I used "Sebastian's Phone" and apparently this caused the Java script in the background to crash.
If you leave the ' out, it works. We'll fix this with the next release.  Roll Eyes
