Hi,

in Askozia 2.1.3 (paid version), when printing the Call Detail Records to a PDF, I can see that standard incoming calls to a call group end at "Default Line" instead of mentioning the extension (like 101, 106, 108 etc.). So that CDR is useless, if I cannot determine who was involved in the call.

This seems to be a bug. I attached a Screenshot for better explanation.

Hi,

"Default Line" means that Askozia couldn't match the number the caller dialed to an internal extension. In this case it as stated as "default line" in the CDRs.

Please try to figure out for which extension calls are stated as default lines in the CDRs. Afterwards check if the "incoming extension" in the provider settings are correct.

Hi,

the calls shown as "Default Line" are calls that terminate von a call group. No matter who takes the call, the cdr report shows "Default Line" instead of the extension of the user who took the call.

For example: caller -> external number -> call group 200 -> all phones 1xx are ringing -> extension 103 takes the call -> cdr shows "Default Line"

Hi,

I think that would be imported if the call logs were able to identify the extension that responds when the call moves from a call group  ...

Sorry, I missed the part with the call group. Roll Eyes
You are right, currently call groups are not listed.
I opened a ticket for this and we'll improve that with one of the next releases.
