good morning,

currently, there are two known sources of this problem:

#1:the caller ID of the last SIP phones account in the list is less than 16 characters long.

#2: multiple Askozia phone accounts (e.g. 101, 102, 103,...) for the same (physical) phone (e.g one SNOM 360).

work around for #1: add another SIP phone to your configuration. Make sure its sure its caller ID is longer than 16 characters. Light some incense sticks.  Grin

work around for #2: don't do this. This seems to be a general Asterisk problem, but we are trying to figure it out.

Case #2 is a joke, isnt it?

Should I buy, for example, 10 ip-phones per clerk and put it onto his desk, so that he could use multiple identities? This is one of the most important features of voip. Otherwise I'd be better off with my old isdn-pbx.

I've got the same error on VMWare with Askozia 2.1.3

I tried a clean install, re-created all my phones and providers.

After the first reboot these errors start appearing.

I'm not using Mutiple Askozia Phone accounts on the same physical phone, only 1 per phone.

So I tried adding a phone  account

99999     Caller ID:  Default Extension 99999  also tried  outgoing caller ID :  99999 <999999999999999999>

This should be longer then 16 characters....   but it's still not working!
Work around did not work for me
