I wanted to point out that the CDR does not detect any phone calls if the search is to call groups.

I can confirm this also, also tried to select a particular extension and it returns a emty CDR.

I can also confirm it is logging to the file /var/asterisk/log/cdr-custom/cdr_pdf.csv

if you need to access the CDR you can access all records in this file,

Just to make sure: Your CDRs are completely empty after you made at least one phone call and selected "all"?

Tried everything to get this CDR to show calls, no luck.

This system was setup with 14 extensions and 5 SIP providers and an assortment of call groups.

Tried to select individual extensions and different call groups too.

Allthough Humbug is displaying all calls made, internal and external.

Ok, the issue is if you do not have external USB storage the CDR will not diaplay calls.
even though the calls are being logged in the /var/asterisk/log/cdr-custom/cdr_pdf.csv file.

You must setup external storage and mark to everything on it.

Im not sure which exact option makes the CDR work but it does now with external storage.

It's "Logs" in the storage settings.

-> I'll add a note to the handbook that CDRs require external storage.

Hi Gil,

the implementation only allows CDR generation for single extensions.
-> A call group is a group of extensions. That is the reason why this is not working.
