It's not absent.

If you upgraded from a previous version it will not be in the application list.

Write a application and add  this as application:

1,Answer()
2,Playback(beep)
3,SayDigits(${CALLERID(number)})
n,Playback(silence/1)
n,Playback(silence/1)
n,Playback(silence/1)
n,Goto(2)

but a curiosity why the other applications (voicemail system, call forwarding, weasels??) were loaded with the update?

That might happen if you update from 2.0.x to 2.0.4 to 2.1. The application gets lost on the way.

In fact I upgraded from version 2.0.x to 2.04 and then to 2.1.

Already in version 2.4 was missing
