it is normal to be completely absent in the PDF summary incoming calls?
There are only outgoing calls.
Thanks, Gil

Hi Gil,
Did you set up a provider for your tests?

Hi Sebastian,
I have four accounts voip and no incoming call is shown in the pdf. Same thing with the phone line connected to the card OpenVox A400M.
I find the records of incoming calls in cdr_pdf.csv on external storage.

Hi Gil, of course the incoming calls should also be listed. They are supposed to appear below the providers. Did you do any modifications to your cdr_custom.conf or cdr_manager.conf? Could you please execute core set debug 10 and core set verbose 10 in the AMI and post the logs.

Hi, Sebastian
Attached file is compressed because it exceeds the size of 512KB. I redid the compressed file now seems to have no problems
Sorry for the problem to the previous file. Thank you, Gil

Hi Gil, pretty weired that there are no cdr-related logs in the file. Could you give us access to your system? Please send me an e-mail though.

Hi, I experience the same problem with the calls entering trough the analog port. " no CDR's on incoming calls." Outgoing works. I get a mail notifications of a unanswered incoming calls. Using TDM4400P REV E/F for analog line Jakob

Hi, could one of you post me a few lines out of your cdr_custom.csv. Please also tell me what details are in this csv file but not in the pdf. Thanks for your help.

Hi Sebastian,
I do not have the file cdr_custom.csv, I find the file on the external memory is called
/storage/usbdisk1/askoziapbx/astlog/asterisk/cdr-custom/cdr-pdf.csv
This is the file?
However in the pdf can not find the records of all incoming calls, both those received from the analog line and those from the SIP provider
Update: I wanted to clarify that in my case, the input lines refer to two groups of call and not directly to the interiors

cdr-pdf.csv works as well. Please post this one. However in the pdf can not find the records of all incoming calls, both those received from the analog line and those from the SIP provider
OK.
