2.1 CDR pdf empty

Hello,
if i try to generate a CDR, the pdf is empty. I have tried for all extension and for specific extensions. Same result.
( I do not have a external storage device connected)

BTW: would be great if the CDR menue allows to keep the previously entered starting and end period. Going every time to period from and to is a bit annoying.

Hi,

CDRs always requires external storage. Additionally, you need to activate to store the logs on the device (in the storage menu). Then reboot your system. Afterwards please check if your system time is correct.

The next thing you need are some external phone calls of which the system can generate the CDRs. Now it should work.

@Jstrebel: Good point in saving the last date. We will integrate that in 2.1.1.

thank you for the tips. My Issue was related with the timeserver. After configuring a external Time server I get the CDR's.
