New Release: 2.0.4

Hello everyone,

We just finished up 2.0.4 and made it available at http://www.askozia.com/software/ . Since its been a while since the last release, we've included a lot more new features than usual in a point-point release. 

2.0.4 comes along with external storage management. You can plug in a flash drive and store your own Music-On-Hold, your personal Voicemail Greetings and additional Voice Prompts. You can also store Asterisk's database on disk. Analog Faxes are also supported in 2.0.4. Another new features the update checker which lets you know whenever a new Askozia version is available. 2.0.4 also has a DHCP fallback option included, in case your are not using DHCP, it sets your system's IP to 192.168.2.1.

Of course, a bunch of bug fixes is also included.  Many thanks to everyone reporting issues and providing fixes.

please also add "+" support from sip calling... to replace to 00.
