The handbook is €5 (plus VAT, depending on the country you are ordering from). Payment options are paypal and credit card. Your €5 gets invested right back into expanding and improving the handbook.

If you would like to provide feedback, we just started a new handbook thread in the forums. Any comments are highly appreciated and will be used to improve future versions of the handbook.

I just sent out the pre-order discount coupons. You should have it in your inbox by now.

We just started using a new web shop and couldn't manage to fully automate the process of stamping the buyer's e-mail address in the handbook. We'll probably have it ready next week. Then there is going to be a direct download in the shop. Apologies for the inconvenience.
